Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Gauchito FC Futsal Academy, we strive to provide a high-quality experience for all participants. To ensure fairness and transparency, the following refund policy applies to all academy programs, including training sessions, clinics, and seasonal leagues.
Refund Eligibility
Before Program Start Date:
Full refunds (minus a $25 administrative fee) will be issued if requested 7 or more days prior to the start of the program. Refund requests made within 7 days of the program start may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%), subject to review.
After Program Has Started:
No refunds will be issued once the program has begun, except in cases of:
- Verified medical conditions (doctor’s note required)
- Program cancellation by Gauchito FC
Program Cancellation by Gauchito FC:
If Gauchito FC cancels a program due to low enrollment, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund for the deposit if sessions do not start.
Missed Sessions:
Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed sessions due to personal conflicts, weather-related cancellations, or other non-academy reasons. We do work with you to try to make up sessions on a later date based on your availability and the club sessions available for your age group. Please see schedule here on the website to see what days you want to make up your sessions. You have 30 days to make up the sessions once approved by director.
Cancellation by Participant
Participants may cancel enrollment at any time by providing a 30-day written notice. If a scheduled payment is due within that 30-day period, the final charge will be incurred. After the 30-day notice period, no further charges will be applied. To submit a cancellation notice, please email:
How to Request a Refund
All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the address above. Please include:
- Participant’s full name
- Program name and start date
- Reason for request
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval and will be issued to the original form of payment.
Additional Notes
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Gauchito FC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
